Client support

Need a hand? Reach your NSN team.

Every channel lands with the same local help desk and creates a ticket you can track. Someone can’t work, the office is down, or you suspect a security incident? Call — a phone call is how you tell us it is urgent.

Open a ticket
Quick answer: NSN Management clients can open a support ticket three ways: email help@nsnmanagement.com, sign in to the Client Portal and choose New Ticket, or call the help desk at 918-770-7400. For a screen-sharing session, download the Remote Support tool for Windows or Mac below when a technician asks. Not a client yet? Call 918-770-9150 or book a Discovery Call.
Remote support

Let a technician see your screen

Most fixes do not need a site visit. When a technician asks, download the Remote Support tool for your computer, run it, and read them the session code. You watch everything we do and can end the session at any time.

  • One-time session — nothing stays installed as a permanent connection.
  • You start it, you see it, and you can close it whenever you like.
  • Only run it when you are already talking with an NSN technician. If anyone else asks you to install remote-access software, stop and call us.

Download the Remote Support tool

Choose your computer. The download comes from Splashtop, the remote-support platform our help desk uses.

What to put in a ticket

You do not need to diagnose anything — that is our job. A few details up front save a round of questions and get you back to work sooner.

Details that make a support ticket faster to resolve
Who and whereYour name, company, and the computer or person affected.
What you expected vs. what happened“I clicked Send and got this error” beats “email is broken.”
The exact messageA screenshot or the text of any error is the fastest shortcut we know.
When it started and what changedNew laptop, password reset, office move, a vendor update — anything recent.
How many people it affectsOne person, one department, or everyone — it changes how we respond.
When you are availableSo we can call, connect, or come by without chasing each other.

What happens next

It becomes a ticket with a number you can reference; a technician who knows your environment works it — remotely first, on-site when it counts — and it is not closed until it is fixed for the person who reported it.

Response and resolution standards are agreed with you up front and reported on monthly — see how we work.

FAQ

Client support — questions, answered

What is the fastest way to get help from NSN Management?

If someone cannot work, call the help desk at 918-770-7400. For anything else, email help@nsnmanagement.com or open a ticket in the Client Portal — both create a ticket immediately and either works well.

How do I get access to the Client Portal?

Portal access is set up per person by your account manager. Email the help desk or ask your account manager and we will send an invitation to your work email address.

Is the remote support tool safe to run?

Yes — it is a one-time session that you start and can end at any time, and it does not stay installed as a permanent connection. Only run it when you are already working with an NSN technician who asked you to. If anyone else asks you to install remote-access software or read them a session code, stop and call us.

How fast will you respond?

Response and resolution standards are agreed with you up front as part of your service agreement and reported on monthly. Marking a ticket urgent, or calling instead of emailing, tells us to treat it as one.

What should I do if I think we have a security incident?

Call 918-770-7400 right away and, if you can, leave the affected computer on but disconnected from Wi-Fi or the network cable. Do not pay, reply, or click further. Suspicious email or an unexpected password prompt counts — we would much rather check and find nothing.

I am not an NSN client. Can you still help?

We would be glad to talk. Start with a Discovery Call or call 918-770-9150 — the help desk line and portal are for organizations under an active service agreement.

Not an NSN client yet?

This page is for the teams we already look after. If you would like your people to have a help desk that answers, start with a Discovery Call or call 918-770-9150.
