IT support across the Tulsa metro, from one Tulsa-owned team
Seven cities, one office, one team. Wherever your business sits in the metro, you get the same people, the same services, and a partner close enough to show up when it counts.
The Tulsa metro, on purpose
Our service area is the ring of cities within about twenty-five minutes of our south Tulsa office. That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation.
- One office, one team. Everyone who supports you works from 2448 E 81st Street in Tulsa. There is no satellite office, no subcontracted technician, no out-of-state help desk.
- Close enough for on-site to be routine. Jenks is about fifteen minutes away; Owasso and Sapulpa, the farthest, are about twenty-five. Hardware, networking, and project work get hands on them without a scheduling saga.
- Local in the way that shows. We know the Creek Turnpike at five o’clock, the Rose District, the Charles Page corridor, and which side of the river you are on. That is what “truly local” means in practice.
Not sure whether you are inside the area? Ask — most support is remote, and we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit.

Handled remotely
- Help desk — the phone is answered live by our own team in Tulsa
- Monitoring, patching, and updates across every workstation and server
- Microsoft 365, email, and identity administration
- Security operations: endpoint protection, email filtering, multi-factor authentication, alert response
- Backups, and the regular checks that prove they will actually restore

Handled on-site
- Hardware that needs hands — a server that will not come back up, a failed switch, a workstation rebuild
- Cabling, Wi-Fi, and network gear, including new offices, moves, and expansions
- Onboarding: meeting your people, documenting the environment, and setting things right the first time
- Periodic reviews and planning sessions where sitting in the same room is worth it

Drive times are facts about geography, not response-time promises. How on-site coverage works for your business — what is remote, what brings us out, and how you will hear about it — is agreed up front and reported on monthly.
What we deliver across the metro
The same seven core services in all seven cities. Read about each service, or open your city page for how it lands there.
Managed IT Services
One team owning your whole environment: help desk, monitoring and patching, security standards, backup, Microsoft 365 administration, and planning — for a predictable monthly fee.
Managed IT Services →Cybersecurity Services
The security layer that keeps a bad click from becoming a bad quarter: endpoint protection, email security, multi-factor authentication, patching discipline, and the monitoring behind them.
Cybersecurity Services →Backup & Disaster Recovery
Backups that are tested rather than assumed, and a written recovery plan that says how long things take and who does what.
Backup & Disaster Recovery →Cloud Services
Moving what belongs in the cloud, keeping what does not, and running both without surprise bills or a broken hybrid setup.
Cloud Services →Microsoft 365 Management
Licensing that fits, security settings that are actually turned on, and someone to call when SharePoint or Teams stops behaving.
Microsoft 365 Management →Business Phone Systems
VoIP phones that work from the office, the truck, and home — with the call handling set up the way your business actually answers.
Business Phone Systems →AI & Copilot Readiness
Getting your data, permissions, and licensing in order before turning AI loose on it — so Copilot surfaces the right things to the right people.

Your questions, answered
What area does NSN Management serve?
The Tulsa metro: Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, and Sapulpa. Every one of those cities is served from our office at 2448 E 81st Street in Tulsa — the farthest is about twenty-five minutes away. Each city has its own page describing what on-site coverage looks like there and the services we deliver.
Do you serve businesses outside the Tulsa metro?
Our focus is deliberately the Tulsa metro. Being truly local — one office, one team, everyone within a short drive — is a big part of how we work, and we would rather do that well than stretch it thin. If your business is just outside the seven cities listed, in a place like Glenpool, Catoosa, Claremore, Coweta, or Collinsville, talk to us: most support is remote anyway, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
How much of your support is remote versus on-site?
Most day-to-day support is remote — help desk, monitoring, patching, Microsoft 365 administration, and security work all happen without anyone driving anywhere, which is why they happen quickly. On-site is for the things that genuinely need hands: hardware, cabling and network gear, new-office build-outs, onboarding, and the periodic reviews where sitting in the same room is worth it. How on-site coverage works for your business is agreed up front and reported on monthly, like everything else.
Do you have offices in the suburbs?
No — one office, in south Tulsa, and one team. We serve Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, and Sapulpa from it. That is not a compromise: it is what keeps everyone on the same page, and every suburb we serve is close enough that on-site work is routine.
Is there a travel charge for suburb visits?
No. If your business is in one of the seven cities we serve, you are inside our normal service area, not an out-of-town call. Pricing is one predictable monthly fee based on the size of your team, agreed up front.
Which services are available in every city?
All of them. Managed IT services, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, cloud services, Microsoft 365 management, business phone systems, and AI and Copilot readiness are delivered the same way in every city we serve. The city pages exist because each town asks different questions about coverage and local fit, not because the service changes.
