Who we are and what this covers
NSN Management (“NSN,” “we,” “us”) is a managed IT services provider located at 2448 E 81st Street, Ste 2775, Tulsa, OK 74137. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, www.nsnmanagement.com, and the ways you contact us through it — forms, phone calls, and email.
It does not cover the systems and data we manage for our clients under a service agreement, which are governed by that agreement (see information we handle for clients), and it does not cover third-party websites and services we link to, including the Client Portal and remote-support tools described below.
Information you give us
You can browse this site without telling us who you are. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it:
- Contact and Discovery Call forms — your name, company, email address, phone number, and message, plus the page you were on and the time you sent it.
- Careers email — what you send to careers@nsnmanagement.com when you introduce yourself or apply for a role: your name and contact details, and anything you include about your experience, such as a résumé or a link to your LinkedIn profile.
- Calls and email — the details you share when you call us or write to us directly, including at help@nsnmanagement.com.
Please do not send passwords or other credentials through the website. If a technician needs access to something, they will arrange a secure way to share it.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details of each request — IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page, and timestamps — to keep the site running and secure.
- Analytics. We may use website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that use cookies or similar identifiers to tell us, in aggregate, how people find and use the site — which pages are read, roughly where visitors are located, and which links are clicked. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.
- Embedded third-party content. A small number of pages include content served by other companies. The Remote Support download buttons on our Client Support page are served by Splashtop, and loading that page sends a request to Splashtop that may set its own cookies. Their handling of that information is described in their privacy policy.
How we use it
- To respond to you — answer a question, schedule a Discovery Call, or follow up on a support request.
- To provide and support our services to clients, and to manage our relationship with them.
- To consider your application or introduction if you contact us about a job.
- To run, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations, and to protect our rights and the rights of others.
If you have asked about our services, we may follow up with you about them. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists. We share personal information only:
- With service providers who process it on our behalf — for example, the companies that host this website, deliver form submissions to our inbox, provide our email and phone systems, run our ticketing and scheduling tools, or supply analytics. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- With professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, and attorneys where needed.
- When required by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or a security incident.
- In a business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Client Portal and remote support
Our clients open and track support tickets in the Client Portal, which is a service hosted for us by Kaseya (Datto BMS), and start screen-sharing sessions with our technicians using Splashtop remote-support software. Both are separate services with their own privacy policies and security controls. Portal accounts are created only for people at organizations with an active service agreement, and remote-support sessions are started by you, are visible to you throughout, and end when you or the technician closes them.
Information we handle for clients
As a managed IT services provider, we have access to our clients’ systems, accounts, and the data on them in order to monitor, secure, back up, and support them. We access that information only as needed to deliver the services in the client’s agreement, we follow the client’s instructions and applicable law in handling it, and we do not use it for any other purpose. Questions about how a specific organization’s data is handled should go to that organization or to your NSN account manager.
Cookies and your choices
This website does not require you to create an account or sign in, and it does not use cookies to identify you. Cookies or similar identifiers may be set by analytics tools and by embedded third-party content as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. Most browsers also let you send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, and analytics providers offer their own opt-outs (for Google Analytics, the browser add-on).
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Client account information is kept for the life of the relationship and as long afterward as our agreements and legal, tax, and accounting obligations require. Careers inquiries are kept for a reasonable period in case a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Server logs and analytics data are retained by our providers on rolling schedules.
How we protect it
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold — the same discipline we bring to our clients’ environments, including multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and monitored, patched systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take it seriously and we will tell you if something goes wrong that affects you.
Your rights and requests
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. To make a request, call 918-770-9150, use the contact page, or write to us at the address below. We will verify that the request came from you and respond within a reasonable time. Some information may be exempt where we are required to keep it for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites — technology partners, review sites, social profiles, and the tools described above. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and their policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be called out on this page for a reasonable period after they take effect.
