FAQ: Transition to NSN SecureLearn — Monthly CyberSecurity Training

Why is NSN changing training platforms?

We're upgrading to a new system to improve engagement and retention. Annual training doesn't build strong security habits. Monthly, bite-sized lessons are more effective at keeping your team aware of evolving cyber threats throughout the year.

What happens to our past training records?
The current platform will be discontinued at the end of December 2025, and historical training records will no longer be available online.

Before the change, NSN will provide your company with a complete report of all 2025 training completions so you can keep those records for compliance and HR documentation.
Will our users need to log into a new system?

No. Training links will arrive directly by email. Employees can complete their monthly lessons in just a few minutes without logging into a portal. Simpler access means higher participation.

How will training be tracked and reported?

Your organization will continue to receive training completion reports, now on a monthly basis instead of annually. This provides real-time visibility into employee participation and compliance readiness.

What topics will the new training cover?
Each month will focus on one relevant, easy-to-understand topic such as:

*
Recognizing phishing and email scams
*
Password and account protection
*
Safe browsing and data handling
*
Social engineering and impersonation risks
*
Device and mobile security best practices

These topics rotate and evolve as new threats emerge.
Does this impact compliance requirements?

No. The new system is designed to improve compliance tracking. Monthly lessons ensure every user stays current and auditable throughout the year. Your reports will serve as proof of ongoing training.

Is any action required from us right now?

No immediate action is required. NSN will handle the transition and ensure you receive your 2025 completion report before the current platform is retired. Your Customer Success Manager will reach out early in 2026 to confirm your new training schedule.

Who can we contact with questions or special reporting needs?
Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email help@nsnmanagement.com.
If you have compliance audits early in 2026, let us know so we can prioritize delivery of your 2025 reports.
